3Age Restriction & Identity Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on BD23. Gaming services are strictly prohibited for minors. BD23 is firmly committed to protecting minors.

BD23 may request identity verification at any time. BD23 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on BD23 can be made via mobile banking and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit limit: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

6Gaming Rules

All games on BD23 use internationally recognized RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring fully fair and unbiased results. BD23 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure.
• BD23 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.

If a Sports Betting match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with BD23's betting policy.

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Suspension & Closure

• At the player's own request under the self-exclusion policy.

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

BD23 is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).
• Financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming is undertaken entirely at the individual's own risk.
